i have known him for 2 years now, and he caught my heart from the very first time we talked. it never mattered that we were oceans away, because whenever we chatted, it felt like we had a connection that went way beyond the convenient technology of the internet. we talked for hours not having any idea of what the other person looked like, or how we could ever meet, or if it was even all real. but that didn't stand in the way of our souls connecting on a deep level and seeing each other, across the distance, for what we really were. most people i know say that after a year or so the intensity of the new love fades, even more so in marriages. after being married for more than a year i can only feel very sorry for those people because our love grew every day, every second, and as we got to know each other better. insead of falling apart we started falling more and more in love with each other. every day brings a new wave of love that washes over us, making our knees feel even weaker and the butterflies in my stomach even stronger than the first time we ever laid eyes on each other. we can't even pass each other in the hallway without instinctively stopping for a kiss and a hug. we read each other's minds so well that a look is often enough to communicate an idea or a feeling. we feed on each other's happiness and pleasure and enjoy it as if it were our own. we live with each other and for each other every second, and every second our love grows bigger and our connection stronger.
thank you,

for every second that we spend together
